Week 31 Update

Week 31 is coming to a close.  It's so strange knowing we're going to have these two little babies soon.  Matt says he's gone into "stressed out" mode where he feels like there is so much to do.  I was there the last few weeks and have since proceeded into "whatever" mode.  Not to say I don't care or that I don't have things to do, but I feel like we're as prepared as we're going to be.  Sort of like those times before finals-- you can only cram so much, then it's just time to see what you're made of.  LOL.

I've been feeling pretty good now that I'm on more iron.  I'm still pretty tired by the end of the week.  Luckily, I've been sleeping well.  Mind you, I do have to potty several times in the night, but I'm not tossing & turning trying to get comfy.  The main thing I'll have to watch now is dehydration.  It's been in the 90s most days lately & very sunny.   Not so bad during the work week when I'm really only out in the elements for a very short time, but I do notice it when I try to run errands.  My skin is very sun-sensitive and I tend to swell more in the heat.  But, then, what 8 month-pregnant woman has ever said, "I love it now it's hot!"?  LOL.

Matt is out fishing this weekend.  We were just commenting the other day that this could be his last tournament for a while.  Although, he's likely to still get the June one in.   But, then again, who knows?  Depends on when these little rugrats decide to show up.  After that, it's anyone's guess.  Maybe they'll let daddy get away for the club tournaments, at least.  And maybe mommy can get a day to herself too.  I'm sure we'll need our breaks now & then, but we're not banking on anything for a while. :)

Oh, my big find this week-- a little tuxedo for Andy & Jenni's wedding.  They are getting married in September & Matt is the best man.  I've been cruising all the places with dress up clothes in desperate hunt for items in the 0-3 month range.  Matt fell in love with a tuxedo at BRU, but it was $50.  But, I just found this little guy at Burlington for only $17.  I figure I'll change the tie/handkerchief to the wedding colors.  How cute is that?

Well, more than enough for today.  I have another sonogram next Tuesday, so check back for more pictures Wednesday or so.  Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day!
